Do Not Disturb

Cisco phone do not disturb settings. please go to in a web browser.

Click on the self care portal.  It will prompt you with the login screen as shown

Your username will be your full email address example:

Your password will be the password/pin you use to retrieve your voicemail.  If you have issues with this call or email the helpdesk @  We can reset this for you.

The open page click on the IM & Availability menu bar.


Here you can select your Do Not Disturb Function.
