Occasionally, it will be required to find a student’s name in a ticket where only a course number is supplied. This will happen if a student name is not included in a ticket that requires escalation to Edison, as an example.
1) Log in to Genius: http://caiu.geniussis.com/
2) Click on Courses
3) Find the associated course that was referenced
4) From here, the Course Section must be manually located. This involves finding the correct course that matches the Affiliation (school district) and has enrollments. Using a CTRL+F to find the district and then checking enrollments is one of the options to find the proper course.
