- Identify the agenda item or sub-item which you would like to email.
- Click the <Email> button located in the agenda toolbar.
- An Email modal will be displayed.
- User can manually enter the email address of any recipients in the ‘To’, ‘BCC’ or ‘CC’ fields. Use a semicolon to separate different recipients.
- Enter a subject for the email.
- Message body contains template set at the account level. User can modify the message body before sending the email.
- Agenda details will be included as a PDF attached to the email.
- Click <Send> in the modal to send the email.
