Courses getting stuck on black screen/courses won't load/videos not playing etc.

Please try the following:

1. Open up a web browser, (preferably Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).

2. Go to the following site (URL):

3.  Click "Begin Test".  

4. Once the test has completed you should see the results.  The three results that you should see are ping, download, and upload.  The upload, and the download speeds are the two results that you want to pay attention to.    

Your internet connection must meet the minimum requirements of 3 MB Download, and 3 MB Upload, if not please contact your advisor.
