Printing - Registering Your Badge With PaperCut

This document will cover how to register your badge with PaperCut.  This process only needs to be done the first time you use the copier.


Scan your badge to the left of the display panel where the ID icon is located.





Select YES to associate your card.


Tap on the Username field and enter your username (Your CAIU computer username.  No is required).  Tap OK


Tap on the Password field and enter your CAIU password.  Tap OK.


Your badge is now associated.  Tap YES to continue to the print release screen.




Printing Documents with PaperCut



Once you log into the printer, you will be greeted with the following screen.  Select the job you want to print or select “Select all jobs” to print multiple jobs.


 To confirm your print job, press “Print” or to cancel it, select the trash can icon. 


Using the Copier, Scanner, and other Multipurpose Functions


In order to use these functions, you can select “Access Device” after logging in, otherwise you will not be able to copy or scan items. 



After you select "Access Device” you will be brought to the printer’s standard multipurpose homepage.
