Exchange Synchronization Error: Too Many Devices

When attempting to add your CAIU work domain/e-mail address to your mobile device, you receive an error message stating that there is a synchronization error.  Please check your inbox for an e-mail regarding this error.  

You may have too many devices synced with your e-mail account.  The maximum number that you can have is 10.  To remedy this, you must go into your e-mail via the Outlook Web App.  

To do this you go to  Click employees, then login.  At the bottom left hand corner you should see "Web mail".  Login again.  Once logged in at the top right hand corner of the screen you will see options, click "See All Options", "Phone", then delete any unnecessary devices.  Once the unnecessary devices have been deleted try adding your e-mail account again.
