Board Room Approval Process

In order to reserve a meeting for the board room, you will need to go through the following approval process.  Please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the following link to go to Resource Scheduler -
  2. Log into your account
  3. Enter your reservation in the Board Room (Note: Pending Reservations are marked with a lightning bolt icon to the left of the reservation title)                   
  4. You will receive an e-mail stating that your reservation is pending
  5. If your reservation is approved you will receive the following confirmation e-mail
  6. If your reservation is denied, you will receive the following e-mail stating the reservation has been cancelled.  You can click the "For More Details" link to see why the reservation was denied.If you have any questions about this process please contact the Help Desk at 717-732-8403, option 1
