We have created a remote desktop for Central Referral users to access. This will provide a much faster experience than accessing the database from your workstation over VPN. The remote desktop will be on CAIU's local network.
NOTE - You will need to first connect to VPN to access the remote desktop. For instructions on how to connect, please refer to our FortiClient VPN documentation
Click the Start button.
Start typing "Remote Desktop Connection" and click on the app.
Enter the name of the remote desktop caiu-rds and click Connect.
You will be prompted for your login credentials (these are the same ones you use for your computer.)
You will see the remote desktop screen.
Double-Click on the Central Referral ion you typically use and log in with your Central Referral username and password
If you receive the following prompt, click "Enable Content"
You will now be directed to the Central Referral Main Menu.
When you are finished working in the remote desktop, click the Start button.
Click the User icon.
Click Sign Out.
