CAIU - Updating Jabber Password

Go to in your browser, and select "Cisco Communications Unified Self Care Portal"

If you get an error page saying non-secure site, click the button labelled "Advanced" and then "Proceed Anyway"
Enter your username and password.  Your Username is your IU email address, the password by default is the same as your current Jabber password.
Select the General Settings Tab
Enter what you would like your new password to be in the Client/Portal Password section and select save.  This will update your password for both Jabber and this portal site itself going forward.
The next time you start Jabber, you may see it hang on "Connecting" for a bit then see an error about being unable to connect, if so, click the settings gear in the top right corner of Jabber and select options.
Navigate to the Account tab on the left.  Here you will enter your new passwords in both sections. 
If you happen to get a pop up about your messenger account settings being incorrect, select "update" and it will take you to the previously shown page for you to enter your credentials again. 

Your password has now been changed for Cisco Jabber.  If you require further assistance, feel free to reach out to the Help Desk
