First click your start menu or in the search bar and type "Printers" it will pull up an option saying "Printers and Scanners" Click that
In the Printers and Scanners menu, select "Add a Printer or Scanner"
It will spin for a moment, then present an option of "The Printer I want isn't listed" click that
Next select "Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname" and click Next
On the next screen, enter 10.50.16.8 into the second space and hit next
It should then connect to the printer and ask you to name it. "Carroll Printer" or something along those line would be easiest. From there, you should be able to select it as a printer for regular use.
