Adobe freezing when saving

If Adobe Reader or Acrobat is freezing or showing a blank screen when attempting to save, please do the following

1. Go in to the Edit tab along the top bar and select Preferences

2. In the preferences menu
  1. Select General on the left tab
  2. Uncheck the box next to "Show online storage when saving files"
  3. Click OK

    You should now be able to save your Adobe files without problem.
