If Adobe Reader or Acrobat is freezing or showing a blank screen when attempting to save, please do the following
1. Go in to the Edit tab along the top bar and select Preferences
2. In the preferences menu
- Select General on the left tab
- Uncheck the box next to "Show online storage when saving files"
- Click OK
